Press Release Body: CHEF ERIC'S CULINARY CLASSROOM, a five-year old cooking school located at 2366 Pelham Avenue in West Los Angeles, hosts summer cooking camps for kids and Teens this summer 2008 with Children's Culinary Academies.
CHEF ERIC opens his doors and fun to the kids during the summer months only and they learn to cook for themselves and their families. Children's Culinary Academies Level 1 through 4 are specifically designed for kids ages 7-16. Each academy session is 2 ½ hours a day over four consecutive days and the academies start in June and run through August, in the morning or afternoon. The tuition covers everything the children need to learn while having fun and making new friends. They get a logo apron, too.
The purpose of theses Academies is to help the kids discover the adventure of cooking and how rewarding it can be. "The best parts about teaching kids are their honesty and also their innocence" says CHEF ERIC. His easygoing and fun personality make the kids feel very comfortable and willing to learn. Students work together to make simple meals that range form Pizza to Stuffed French Toast to Healthy Snacks to Gourmet Sandwiches-with Home Made Bread, all the way to complete Meals with Desserts and lots of Summer Fun Recipes.
They even learn how to "plate" or present the food in the most appealing ways. Last summer, over 150 kids registered for the Academies. For more information, contact:
